For some of the What If team, giving back is all in the family. CCO Lloyd Gilick's son Jeremy, a graduating high school senior, has been active in charitable causes since he was in elementary school.

For many years Jeremy has volunteered at Grind For Life events, another cancer fighting organization What If has helped.

Recently, Jeremy and some of his fellow students formed a team, The Cancer Crushers, at their school, Charles W. Flanagan High School, to participate in at the Relay For Life of Pembroke Pines/Miramar on the Walter C. Young Middle School track in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

This years theme was "Celebrating 20 Years of Hope!", and Jeremy and his friends joined hundreds of other for a night of activities, games, raffles, music, dancing, contests. Throughout the night, one of the team members walked the track.

It’s estimated that there will be almost 2 million new cancer cases diagnosed this year. Cancer knows no boundaries, which makes the fight a universal mission. Jeremy and his friends were eager to do their part to help the cause.

With contributions from their sponsors, they raised over $2000!
